Duplicate Pages

Duplicating pages copies selected pages and inserts the copies into the document. It is handy for creating repeated forms, adding extra copies of a template page, or building a document where one layout repeats.

ColaPDF lets you pick which pages to duplicate, choose how many copies, rotate them if needed, and appends the copies — all processed locally so nothing is uploaded.

How it works

1. Upload your PDF
2. Select the pages you want to duplicate by clicking their thumbnails
3. Choose how many copies to add
4. Click Duplicate Pages and download

Tips

• Select multiple pages at once to duplicate a whole section in one step.
• Set the number of copies to repeat a template page several times.
• Use with Reorder afterwards to place the duplicated pages exactly where you want them.
